Description:
Have you ever read a how-to book and thought to yourself, "I could do a whole lot better than that" but had no idea where to start? My first book, The Groom's Instruction Manual, was published in 2007 and has sold nearly 25,000 copies and been translated into French, Italian and — wait for it — Slovenian. I will take attendees through the basics of what you need to plan your idea, sell it, publish it, and promote it so you can make some money. Given the alloted time, this will be a basic tutorial in which I will tell it to you straight (i.e. not everyone can write a book) and give you some basic tools to get started with the end-result in mind.
