I would like to give a presenation on the Ins and Outs of creating a technology startup. I would like to also discuss and compare -contrast the differing coast and areas views on the same subject. The following is a strawperson for discussion:

- When and Where to raise money.

if anyone is actually interested in this I will also discuss the differences in VC and funding operatives around the country as well as what it takes to get aquired.

I would love a session like this - it's easy to come up with an idea, but it's hard to know when to start looking for Venture Capitalist, Advisors, and what it legally takes to run a business.

well yes it has been said ideas are a dime a dozen. here are a couple of things i would talk about with respect to that issue: a great team that can execute can turn a grade B idea into a grade A idea. most people have "thought" about an idea but executing is a whole different story.
