What you want from a community news site

I know no one is interested in self promotion, but I think BarCamp provides a great chance for us at TheDigitel.com to get some great feedback and have a conversation about what we're doing that you like and what you don't.

There's really a lot we could learn from each other: 

• What do you want more or less of?
• How can we make sure our model helps and doesn't hurt other publishers?
• How can we make money? Seriously, this is a big problem in our field. Ads provide a lot, but not quite enough.
• Anything else?
• ADDED: How can (and how much) of the site be turned over to self governance by the community? This also necessitates educating the community that they have the power to do such things.

So, yeah, we'd be presenting and telling you a bit about TheDigitel, but in reality it would be more of a roundtable.
